1. Ready-Made or Made-to-Order Outfits

All our outfits are ready-made with premium finishing and detailed craftsmanship. Alterations can be done as per your size requirements.

2. Customization Availability

Yes, customization is available on limited designs, subject to availability.
Design modifications can be done on request.

3. How to Place a Custom Order

You can place a custom order by contacting us via WhatsApp, Instagram, or our website form.
Please share your measurements, reference images (if any), and design requirements. Our team will assist you personally.

4. Delivery Timeline

As our outfits are handcrafted, the usual delivery timeline is 7–8 business days, depending on design complexity.
Urgent orders may be possible on request.

5. International Shipping

Yes, we provide worldwide shipping with safe and secure packaging.
For international orders, please contact our support team.

6. Fabrics We Use

We use only premium-quality fabrics, including:
Georgette, Organza, Silk, Crepe, Chinon, Net, and imported materials, along with high-grade embroidery and embellishments.

7. Color Accuracy

We make every effort to display accurate colors. However, slight variations may occur due to screen resolution, lighting, and photography.
Rest assured, the quality and design will always be premium.

8. Return & Exchange Policy

We do not offer returns or exchanges.
In case of any manufacturing defect, our team will assist you promptly.

9. Cash on Delivery (COD)

For made-to-order and customized outfits, full advance payment is required.
For orders outside Delhi / NCR, only prepaid orders are accepted.
